I have both bought a house and sold a house with Cara. In both experiences, she was very patient, professional, and worked hard to streamline the entire process. For example, when I was selling a house, some issues came up with the buyer financing and she communicated with the lender and all parties involved multiple times daily in order to make sure the deal went through, and thanks to her effort, it did! Additionally, something I think really sets Cara apart from other agents I've worked with is that she is not afraid to give her honest opinions when discussing different options and that really helped me when buying and selling. Many agents just want you to quickly put an offer somewhere so they can move on, but that was not my experience with Cara. I highly recommend her for anyone searching in the area.
